Deep Tissue Massage focuses on the deeper muscles and helps to loosen those deeper muscles as well.
Naturopathy
Uses natural methods - diet plans, detoxification regimes, Herbal Medicine, Bach Flower remedies and relaxation exercises to help heal the body and mind.
Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine
Chinese Medicine includes all acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, tuina massage therapy.
